The staff is welcoming, engaging, and highly trained. The breakfast is the best in Italy, and the dinner at the 5-star restaurant is delicious. The owners are attentive and professional, ensuring a great experience. The hotel is situated in the oldest and highest part of the city.

we have stayed in this absolutely fabulous hotel for 2 nights, everything was perfect, the location was magnificent in the middle of jackson. booked a room with a hot tub. it had an electric kettle and glassware. the atmosphere created was quiet.

The double room was beautifully maintained and huge with a hot tub, and the terrace facing the mountain was a real treat.

The hotel itself is an adventure with unique cave-like rooms nestled within the mountains. The friendly and serviceable personnel made my stay all the more enjoyable.
